Sitting on a towel, Amy stared out at the rather small lake before her. It couldn't have been more than a hundred or so feet in diameter, and yet judging by who was currently swimming beneath its waters, Amy guessed the lake must've run deceptively deep. The 'who' Amy was referring too revealed themselves a second later, exploding from the lake's calm surface like a whale, managing to get their entire upper body out of the water before crashing back down into it with a mighty splash. Now floating on her back, and taking up a rather large portion of the lake, the twenty-five foot tall Morgan smiled as she glanced over to where her sister had been sitting, only to swiftly lose her smile when she saw Amy was now soaking wet thanks to the tidal wave Morgan's enlarged body had caused. “Oops” she chuckled innocently. “Sorry, Sis.” Amy, who hadn't yet changed into her swimwear, took a slow and deep breath through her nose before responding. “You might like swimming in your normal clothes

With the help of a friend of mine I finally started a project that I wanted to do for a while: I opened an interactive story on writing.com. Some of you may remember my first interactive, Upsizing Family. Well, this is a sort of reboot of it (it has the same name in fact)! The protagonist is the only normal-sized person in a family of giants and you'll write about their daily shenanigans. Don't by shy, ADD! It only will make the story better.

The jaelium fingers of his right hand tapped impatiently on his throne's arm. And if that weren't enough of a hint towards how frustrated he was at the excuses he was being given, his six narrowed eyes locked firmly on his kin were certainly enough. He'd been listening to this report for five minutes now, and the longer it went on the thinner his patience became. “So, Hyla...” he said, interrupting his fellow kandrai's report. The orange glow of the deeplight crystals kept him half-enveloped in shadows, further enhancing his menance when such situations called for it. “Basically what you are telling me is not one of the dig teams has managed to discover a new kandrite veins.” Hyla, a kandrai with an armour formed of red stones, practically shrank into herself as she nodded. She curled in both sets of her arms, as if worried her ruler might fly down and tear one or two off for her failure. “Yes... Underlord Talaketh” she said, her voice echoing out from her mind as a timid whimper.

The job had gone off without a hitch. They'd gotten clear of Hollywall and reached the safety of the Nightshade Woods, all without losing a single piece of their loot. Those foolish Braveguard hadn't suspected a thing, not until it was too late to do anything that is. Now the pair of thieves had themselves a satchel full of gold coins, more then enough to take it easy in some of the nicer taverns and inns in the nearby capital for weeks. Months if they were more conservative with their catch. But how could two simple criminals achieve such a feat? Simple. The mayor of Hollywall, recently elected after her predecessor had stepped down to spend more time with her family, had a poor eye for detecting people posing as Braveguard. All the two thieves had to do was knock out a pair of the unlucky Braveguard stuck patrolling the town's many streets at night. When I approached, Chiara's face was still buried in what had recently been the Bundeshaus. I knelt down next to her and put a hand on her shoulder. "Can we try again?" I asked. Chiara picked up her head and looked at me. "I'd thought you were better than them," she whispered as small waterfalls flowed from her face, blown into mist by the wind. "That you wouldn't try to control me." I blinked, startled. "Control you?" Chiara slowly sat up. "I had a present for you, you know," she sighed. "But I suppose you probably don't want it." Seeing the quizzical look on my face, she smiled faintly. "Well, I might as well give it a shot." And Chiara stood up, reached into her pocket, and pulled out Étienne. "Evanna!" Étienne called out, struggling helplessly as Chiara pinched his ribcage between her finger and thumb. "Evanna, please don't let her hurt me!" Chiara ignored Étienne's plea, holding him forwards towards me. "So, Evanna, what do you want to do to him? You could finish him off

Forage: Exchanger Hurts My eyes started opening up and I find myself staring onto the wall in front of me. I lies upon the cold grounds below, within a square spaced room with only the door behind me. Here, everything was silent that I just hear the loud ringing in my own ear. I yawned after some time before raising myself up to my own feet. Dusting anything that had latched onto my own fur and looked around once more. The room that I was in was empty. Not a single thing was located here. It was sad really, for I had wondered if I could find something useful that would aid me into finding my chief. But I just shake my head and turned around. Eyeing upon the door in front of me, I had started to walk forth. Till I reached the door. I grabbed onto the handle and tilted it down. Swallowed in Darkness A deep and biting chill dug deep into Katherine's skull as a frost-tipped blade passed by her thrown back head. It hurt significantly, like the worst migraine she'd ever experienced, but that was better than letting Vex's scythe skewer her head. The next swing of the scythe came for her centre, and Katherine was forced to throw her upper body even further back, transitioning into a backwards cartwheel that gave her some much needed distance between herself and her attacker. Vex wasted no time closing that gap, his entire body momentarily transforming into a chill-ridden cloud of black smoke as he moved. Katherine barely had time to recompose herself before Vex had her back in his reach, swinging his scythe with the intent to decapitate his foe.
